A Deeper Understanding

A Deeper Understanding, the fourth full-length album from The War On Drugs, is the band鈥檚 first since 2014鈥檚 acclaimed Lost In The Dream. For much of the three-and-a-half year period since the release of Lost In The Dream, frontman Adam Granduciel was revisiting and re-examining endless hours of recordings with unbridled exuberance. During this time, Granduciel鈥檚 gritty love of his craft succeeded in pushing the band to new heights.
