Legendary hip-hop producer Madlib (Madvillainy, Kanye West, Erykah Badu, Mos Def) spent 2010 and 2011 releasing the Madlib Medicine Show, a 13-album project that found Madlib releasing an album a month. Even months were dedicated to his mixes and DJing, while odd months were for his production work. 420 Chalice All-Stars was the fourth release in the Medicine Show, and it鈥檚 nicknamed "Son of Super Ape" since it鈥檚 a beguiling mix of dub reggae and hazed-out beats.
